Frequently asked questions

Shipping costs $6.95 for orders under $79. Orders of $79 or more are shipped free of charge. Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 working days.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your order by following the simple steps below:

  • Contact us: Send an email to customerservice@shop-fashion-nora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive return instructions: You will receive a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.
  • Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Return the parcel: Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point. Customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs.

You can return an item if:

1. The items are brand new.

2. There is NO makeup, perfume, sweat or smoke odour, or other items that detract from the value of the item.

3. The clothing must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and hangtags.

4. You have not exceeded your 30-day return period.

If you have received a defective product, please send us an email regarding this. This must be done no later than 7 days after you have received the item. We need your order number, a short description and a picture of the defect.
