It started with a dream

I’ve dreamed of starting my own clothing brand for as long as I can remember. On 11 June 2019, I finally took the leap and founded Fashion Nora. I was just 17 years old at the time.

✨ I started out selling clothes from my bedroom — today we’ve grown into a strong team of 18 people.

✨ On 2 October 2022, we opened our first store at 380 Little Bourke St in Melbourne.

✨ Today we have three physical stores across Australia.


2020

I started out sending about 5–10 parcels a day from my first small warehouse and office.

I still remember it as one of the best times — I’d just hired my first employee to help pack orders and answer customer service while I was at school during the week.


2021

In 2021, I moved the business into a bigger warehouse and office as things really started to grow.

That same year I graduated, but my plans looked a bit different to most people around me. Instead of following the usual path, I decided to keep building my entrepreneurial journey. The dream of combining my webshop with a physical store was still very much alive.

By then our team had grown to seven people, and together we shipped over 35,000 pieces of clothing.


2022

2022 started off as a bit of a rough ride, and I really got to see the tougher side of being self-employed.

I found myself at a crossroads — it was all or nothing. I had to back myself and believe in what I was building.

Then in October, I opened my very first store at 380 Little Bourke St in Melbourne — a decision I haven’t regretted for a second.


2023

2023 was a big learning year for the business and an exciting one as well. By the end of the year, our team had grown to around 14 people across the warehouse, office, and our store.

Throughout the year we had plenty of exciting conversations with external partners, and our Melbourne store was filled with the loveliest sales assistants — many of whom are still the friendly faces you’ll meet in store today 🌸


2024

The wildest year ever. The company continues to grow, we have started building some amazing partnerships, and today we are made up of the best team. We have hosted so many great physical events. Among others, we have hosted:

✨ A huge graduation event on May 1st

✨ The store opening of our newest store in 235 George St, Brisbane

✨ A crazy warehouse sale in October 😍


2025

2025 has been an incredible year. We’ve had so many exciting moments, including opening a new store in Perth, which turned out to be a huge success and far exceeded my expectations. Here are just a few highlights from what’s been our wildest year yet:

✨ We launched our Creator Community with the most amazing group of girls.

✨ On April 30, we opened a new store in Perth.

✨ We also relocated our Melbourne store to a bigger and even more beautiful location, reopening on December 5.


Frequently asked questions

Shipping costs $6.95 for orders under $79. Orders of $79 or more are shipped free of charge. Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 working days.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your order by following the simple steps below:

  • Contact us: Send an email to customerservice@shop-fashion-nora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive return instructions: You will receive a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.
  • Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Return the parcel: Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point. Customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs.

You can return an item if:

1. The items are brand new.

2. There is NO makeup, perfume, sweat or smoke odour, or other items that detract from the value of the item.

3. The clothing must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and hangtags.

4. You have not exceeded your 30-day return period.

If you have received a defective product, please send us an email regarding this. This must be done no later than 7 days after you have received the item. We need your order number, a short description and a picture of the defect.
